Fruit sales: Members can sell fruit to help pay for the expenses involving 4-H. Examples  would be, decorations for the local RRVF or the State fair.  Selling fruit is not mandatory, and all money must  be spent for something to do with 4-H. If the money is not gone by January 1, 2010, it will be donated back to the club.  The member also can't pocket the cash. First, you have to go and buy the item that you want and bring the receipt to the meeting, and then you will be repaid. Sarah made a motion that we sell fruit, so the members can use the money they make for some expenses in 4-H. Michaela second the motion.

At the clinics, the parents can't ride; only the member are allowed too.  Our next clinic is on March 27 from 12- 5 at the horse park. It is an open ride event.  Cloverbuds will be riding by themselves from 12 to 1.  We will have a meeting at the end of the clinic.  The Red River Valley Fair has allowed us to keep having a horse show there if we help out with other things that need to be done like we have for the past couple of years. We made committees for the show.  Kaylie and Bryce are in charge of promotion. Ally and Cameron, along with Michaela and Shannah are in charge of office.  Sam, Tina, and Sarah are in charge of arena set up, ring person and gate help.  Karley is in charge of concessions.   The horse show is starting at 9:00 a.m. Sarah moved that we take away High point and Reserve for the 13 and over walk and trot age group since there are only 4 classes for these people. Thomas seconded the motion. Sarah also moved that we keep Bareback Equitation, and Thomas also seconded it. Ally made a motion to have the classes in a different order Showmanship, English, Trail, Bare Back then Egg & spoon. Cameron second the motion.
