January‘s Secretary’s Report
The meeting was called to order at noon by Michaela. The pledges were led by Lucas with the pledge of allegiance and Jaylynn with the 4h pledge. Roll call topic was what is your favorite sport?  There were 25 members present. Karley read the secretary’s report of last meeting and Kayli announced the treasurer’s report. Then the group discussed last month’s activity which was the party, everyone said they had fun and enjoyed dodge ball.
Kathy with leaders report talked about donating to the 4h scholarship, Karley made a motion after discussion that out club donates money, Skylar seconded it. The motion passed.
Billie, Kathy, and Dawn talked about the Jan. 22 and 23 clinic with Andrew that starts at 9 am. But you may bring your horses on Friday night (just as long as you do not go in the arena. Also the cost of stalls will be $20 a night which includes chips and you do not have to clean it out when you are done.
The Variety show is on March 20th, and we will not be doing a skit this year.
Also speech and expo contest registration deadline Jan 18 but the Jan 29 at Horace elementary
            *this is a fun activity and I really encourage you to participate it will be very rewording
Our horse show date is finalized and set on Saturday May 21st
The fair show has yet to be decided possible combinations are yet to be decided from Monday July 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th.

Out clubs next meeting will be held on February 12th at 4:15 pm after the clinic.
Groups broke out to participate in our fun day making bucket straps, tie die, horse shoe and necklaces, leather crosses.
            *The fuzzy reins were not able to be made but if you contact Mandi she will give you directions you can follow at home.
