This last meeting was on November 2, 2009. It was held at the RRVF in the Hartl building at 7pm. The meeting was called to order by Shannah. The American pledge was led by Lucas, and the 4-H was led by Felicity.  There were nineteen members present.

          Demos were done by Morgan; who did how to knit, and Shannh and Sam who did how to count back money.

 Holiday workshop- Snowman pin/ sign ups for shifts

Laptop program was donated, who is going to send a thank you card

Y-West (Christmas party) about $200- Potluck/ little Caesars Dec. 6^th 12-3pm Christmas gift exchange ($5- $10)

Clinics- no Feb clinic just open ride, motioned by Tina and 2^nd by Megan                                  

 march 28^th clinic is half day, Jan 16^th-17^th 8hr days with Andrew (the judge)  motioned by Mic and 2^nd by Megan   

Rodeo profit was announced

Expo/speech/demo project work- need to have picked out project and we will be working on it next meeting
