October Secretary Report

The last meeting was held on October 12, 2009. It was held at the Red River Fair Grounds and started at 7pm. Meeting was called to order by Shannah. Pledges were lead by Lucas who led the American Pledge and the 4-H Pledge was led by Sam.

There was 19 members present , and the treasurer’s report showed a balance of: $3,745.63.

Unfinished Business

*Rodeo update: everyone needs to bring three dozen bars and signed up for a shift to work

*Clinics- March (Fun show) 1-2 days??

*Holiday workshop November 21^st from 12-3pm- ideas

New Business

*The Triple C horse show has been set for May 16^th, was motioned by Sam and seconded by Sarah.
