September Secretary Report

 
The last meeting was held on September 14, 2009. It was held at the West Fargo Public Library and started at 6:30. Meeting was called to order by Shannah. Pledges were lead by Skylar saying the American and Bryce lead the 4-H pledge.

There were fifteen members present and eleven parents present along with four new members.

The had to elect the new officers of the year and vote on the sportsmanship award winner. The new President is Shannah. The Vice- President is Sammy. Karley was voted to be Secretary. Kayli was voted to be the Treasurer. The sportsmanship award will be awarded next meeting.

New Business

*The NDSU concessions were discussed and what we would be doing, (if any questions talk to Wendy).
*Along with three clinics this year in January, February, and March, you need to come up with ideas for the next meeting. (Mandi is in charge of clinics if you need to get a hold of someone.)
*Also online scrap booking- we voted if we wanted to get one with Bryce motioning and Shannah seconding it, and if the club was willing to pay for it. It would only be $30- $40, we voted yes!

Other upcoming events

*November 21st from 12-3pm (members be there at 11-3:30 for set up and take down) the holiday workshop, we need ideas and supplies for 150 kids. The group involved in that and Leaders- Wendy & Deb, along with Karley, Megan, Thomas, and Lucas.
